The Charity started 5 years ago when 8 puppies were found close to death in a dustbin. All were nursed back to health and subsequently, over 3000 animals have been re-homed either in Greece, Germany, Austria and the UK. CARE is presently trying to establish a new shelter and funding is now desperately needed to secure both a site and the subsequent building works as well as for paying for the everyday running costs required. Our long term plan is to operate a sanctuary in Corfu. Here we would offer the love and CARE these animals so desperately need and provide a clinic where anyone would be welcome to bring their own pets or unwanted strays that need our help.
